Our staff cover more more than 71,000 square miles throughout Washington, so are not always in the office – we work remotely a good part of the time, so it is always best to call ahead to assure that staff will be available to assist you. Our phone system is easy to navigate, and our staff return calls same day for messages left during business hours.
WA Masonic Charities is a non-emergency service, and does not generally provide urgent services outside of our operating hours above. For Emergencies call 911 and for urgent disaster relief, fire, etc., contact your local Red Cross.
